Please note the following:

  • The majority of training sessions take place at Southampton Sports Centre. However, some groups meet at alternative venues around the city and surrounding area. Please contact the coach for location details.
  • Session times and training venues may vary depending on the season.
  • If you wish to join one or more of the groups you MUST email the relevant coach first. New members may not be able join in on the night if advance notice has not been given.
  • There is a limit to the number of athletes that can be coached and priority will be given to regular attenders.
