Before you can sign up as a member, please make contact with the most suitable coach. They will be able to let you know if there are spaces in their groups, the days and times they train.

We offer a months free trial, this should give you enough time to see if the training and club is right for you. Once you’ve completed the trial, you’ll be expected to sign up as a member.

Becoming a member

Once you’re ready to join us, you’ll need to register via our online membership system, LoveAdmin. If you’re signing up for your child, please make sure you add their details to the system.

You’ll have to select the type of membership from a drop-down list. A breakdown of the different types of memberships can be seen below. The majority of our new members are a ‘regular member‘.

Once you’ve signed up to Lovedmin, your application will be reviewed and payment will be requested. Once payment has been received, you’ll be issued with an electronic membership card. The membership card can be viewed by downloading the LoveAdmin app from the App Store or Google Play. Active Nation will be doing regular checks, so it’s important that you can display your membership card when asked.

Please note once you have paid your membership we do not offer refunds if you leave before the end of the membership year.

Existing members

As an athlete or a volunteer with Southampton AC, there are two systems that are used to maintain your data.

The system is where the club manages data that helps your team managers, coaches and allows you to pay your annual membership.
Your login username is your email address. If you have more than one family member using the same email, you will also be asked for their first names as well.
Both your email and first name can be changed once you’re logged into the system.

The myATHLETICS portal is where England Athletics manages data about you as an athlete, an official, or other roles associated with the club.
Your login username is either your EA URN (a 7 digit number) or your email address. Please note you may have used a different email address for the myATHLETICS portal.
You can change your email once you’re logged into the system, but you can’t change your URN.

Membership process for coaches and team managers

It is important that coaches support the membership secretary in making sure their atheletes are fully paid-up members of the club. It can take up to one month for an athlete to be a member of SAC from completion of LoveAdmin.
